Arizona HDI is dedicated to bringing you fun and interesting programs.
HDI Arizona’s Board of Directors produce at least 4-6 qualitity local meetings throughout the year. If you are interested in assisting with any strategic planning please contact the board ( email@example.com). Members active participation is so vital to the maturation of Arizona’s IT Service and Support industry. For a look at our Local Chapter Bylaws please check out the HDI Connections tab. We also post past meeting presentations in the HDI connections area. HDI Arizona’s programs and events are open to all HDI members in the Arizona area. Members can enjoy peer-to-peer interactions at special events such as the Summer Social, as well as during meals at our regular chapter meetings. This allows members to share best practices and catch up on the latest industry information. At our regular chapter meetings, speakers present information on specific areas of interest to service and support professionals. Support Center tours allow members to see other’s support centers in action. The Analyst of the Year awards gala provides managers with a way to recognize and reward their front line service desk and deskside support analysts in a special and very meaningful way.
