VP of Programs – Paul M. Clift
Paul was raised in the far east valley and spent 17 leading a production line years in the electronic manufacturing industry before moving to support the Wells Fargo Service Desk 15 years ago. Paul has served the desk in various capacities from entry level to supervising the desk on weekends and performing technical lead duties during the week. 8 years ago, Paul moved to the training team. During this time he has developed and facilitated training. He also made three successful trips to the Philippines to set up a desk there. Paul has also served as a lead on the Content Management, the Quality Control, and the Media teams within the training team.
